AFAAQ: AFAAQ Educational Services is a private establishment licensed by the Ministry of Education to facilitate registering students who wish to study abroad.

Educational Establishment: it is the University, College or Awarding body in which the student applies to study.

The Student: is the person apply to study abroad through AFAAQ.

1. This request does not consider an acceptance in the educational establishment.
2. Request fees paid to the educational establishment is non refundable under any circumstances.
3. AFAAQ does not bear responsibility if the Educational Establishment refused to register the student after the initial acceptance whether because of the student or the educational establishment under any circumstances.
4. AFAAQ shall provide the consultancy and the information available at AFAAQ which is requested by the student on his field of study or the educational establishment wishes to enroll in. AFAAQ holds no responsibility on information that is not available to the establishment.
5. AFAAQ shall register the student at the educational establishment wishes to enroll in after receiving all the necessary documents and all the financial fees and commitment is fully paid within the given deadline, AFAAQ shall give the student a receipt of payment received from the educational establishment and the leaflets on the programme required.
6. The student is solely responsible for any additional fees required in future by the educational establishment.
7. AFAAQ is not responsible by any means on any act or action taken by the educational establishment if the student does not comply with the rules and regulations set by the educational establishment. For example, punctuality in attending classes, exams whatever the reasons are.
8. The student has no right to claim a refund on study fees or service charges paid after the registration under any circumstances or condition. The student has right only to claim a refund which the educational establishment approve in its rules and regulations.
9. If the student fail to officially register at the educational establishment due to unavoidable conditions to AFAAQ or for reasons beyond control for the educational establishment or for reasons involving the student himself / herself, the student agrees to deduct 50% of Al Amal set fees as administrative fees and AFAAQ is committed to pay back the rest of the money to the student.
10. Course books and references fees are non refundable after requesting them by the student (for Distance Learning Student only).
11. AFAAQ shall provide the available accommodation options available at that time of the application. The student is responsible for choosing the option from these choices that is suitable for him/ her according to his/her well and ability at that time.
12. The student is responsible for communicating with AFAAQ regarding the follow up of his/her studies and AFAAQ holds no responsibility if the student fails to comply with this condition nor if the student fails to respond to AFAAQ calls or correspondence.
13. The student solely responsible the ministry of education in his/her country in regards to the official accreditation of the educational establishment wishes to study in. AFAAQ holds no responsibility if the student ignores this matter.
